Is there a way to see another colleagues job Grade and/or title?

Org chart gives job titles and from that you can determine grade. There are also spread sheets with all the job families, titles and grades if its not clear.
Be warned you may end up more unhappy after looking at things like this. New people come in at higher grades.
Your personal desk & cable clutter has nothing to do with “the I.T. Infrastructure of the bank”. You’ll just have to trust me on that one. But you really ought to take an hour an to organize & de-clutter your desk.
We are never getting a re-arrangement of those cables for fear of the entire IT platform going offline. You should see all of the cables on my standing desk. Total spaghetti.
I’m not sure you can make a direct link with job title and salary. That being said, I doubt the company knows how to do anything that makes sense. I don’t want any free food, I don’t want miniature sandwiches. I don’t want Starbucks or coupons for Starbucks. What I really want is for someone the rearrange the cables behind my PC and under my desk. That’s what I need.

You can correlate a job role title with a grade. Specialist is J. But salary grades are so wide you can have someone 2 or 3 grades junior of up you making more.
