This is a lie. Usually when someone is laid off they sign a document to receive severance and to continue insurance.

I've never heard of someone receiving a package in the mail while on vacation. Seems like a pretty disrespectful way to do it after 17 years. Were you MyWork?

Judging from previous posts, looks like BAC is silently laying off people.
that's horrible. they couldnt even tell you to your face. I'm so sorry this happened to you like this.
Keep your options open. If your position was eliminated and there are no "issues" you van come back in another role for a different LOB most likely.
