Like Blake said in Glen Garry Glen Ross, "you've got 1 week to retain your jobs." When I retired in 2021, the murmur was that the Field ExVP was going to be eliminated in the future. When B. Rose created it, he had 34 RVPs reporting to him. Now, from what we learned recently, they are down to 12. Supposedly, the strong 12. With strong RVPs, you don't need Ex VPs. These guys can report up right to Conway or his lackey. At $350K a pop, the company could save over $1M by firing the Ex Vp. Let's face it. They do little work, add little value. They visit few clients and even fewer prospects. They have literally no transferable skills. They don't solve problems, don't push paper. Most of these blokes are washed up sales people. They just parrott what the Big Wig at 320 Park wants then to spout. They don't understand our new process and don't provide any value in terms of training and development. It's time that they are reorganized out of the company hierarchy and pink slipped once and for all. Replace them with dynamic knock your socks off service people who will shoot up client satisfaction and save business. Conway & Rich if you are reading this, get rid of the true DEAD WOOD and save another $1M. Happy Chinese New Year--the YEAR of The SNAKES...

I've heard the grapevine that the Field Executive Vice Presidents Position will be eventually eliminated and the clowns in those positions will be offered National Accounts Sales Rep jobs replacing the existing National Accounts reps who spend tons of money on travel but sell jack schit. They are mere hosts at parties who spend lavishly on travel and have vitually absolutely nothing to show for

The Field ExVps are a joke. Bunch of clowns.
And dump the CHRO and the Head of Compensation too. That's over a million a year in salary alone for two people who contribute nothing.
