You've got these clown RVPs because of the restructuring now heading up the client service experience as CRMs. First, they couldn't sell and instead of firing them, why place them in service roles they know absolutely nothing about and lack the basic skill set. It will literally take them years to get competent. Disaster in wait. They should have been canned.

The company "laid off" several Client Relationship Manager only to be replaced by RVPs who had missed their goals for years or GARs who also could not sell. These CRMs who got canned, did not deserve it and many were working their butts off. What Rich doesn't get its the technology snafus stupid ! OTDS and FIS are disasters. They try to blame the CRM, but it's the technology issues under Donaldson's leadership that got us in this mess. Now CRMs are being blamed and getting thrown under the bus to covered for the horrible decisions by Executives. If a plan leaves, it's not 320 Park Ave's fault, it is the fault of the 60 hour a week CRM who is getting paid $80K. Typical corporate America. Executives CYA.
The Field Offices are in Chaos. Many of the new Client Relationship Managers have no experience. There are people who were working at auto parts stores, or at Dennys, or in a call center answering phones pretending to have years of ERISA experience. The firm can't keep anyone. It is a revolving door in the Field.
The "Dumpster Fire" continues to burn. Burn, baby burn. I remember Greed saying in all of his speeches for the past two years that "we've turned the corner. We've turned the corner." Turned the corner and "Heading into the headlights of a Mack truck that ain't stopping."
What a disaster and disgrace. Given the long history of Mutual, the company was destroyed in a few years. When "someone" finally woke up it was decided to punish the lower level employees and retain the empty suits who sat around and watched the carnage.
You gotta be kidding me, right. Still the runaway train keeps rolling - Good luck!!?
