Bonus on your 1/31 paycheck. Merit starts on 3/15 paycheck.
What's a "Bonus" or a "Raise"???

By Merit, you mean that $9.25 per pay check more?
Conversations happen between 15-17th Jan, I.e what you are being paid. Bonus paid end of Jan. Merit paid end of Feb.
