Several posts on here that aren’t offensive and highlighting some key gaps are getting deleted? How’s it happening? Is someone from BNY HR stalking this board?

BNY HR is looking to coverup their incompetence!
"If a significant portion is unhappy the firm would have folded by now. It has not."
I think many of us would agree the firm has not folded yet but it sure feels like we're on our way in that direction. And by many of us, I mean the people actually working in the weeds, or trying to work but tripping over endless inefficiencies. Oops I mean "innovations"

Ok demo-tar-d. If you are still on here ghosting and getting jollies from this, that calls for a look in the mirror and holding up Websters dictionary and reading the definition of loser
Out loud to yourself with the lights on.
Pathetic!
Just playing devil’s advocate but pretty sure TheLayoff.com has a policy around confidential leaks, privacy breaches etc. so from what I’ve seen, those are the only reasons where COMPANIES can report to get posts taken down…
However, if a post is mass-reported by layoff.com USERS / EMPLOYEES, then it’s just taken down based on the volume of complaints rather than the topic.
I can’t lie I have reported a couple of awful political or racist posts on here, mostly from MAGA losers creating noise that’s irrelevant to BNY / my previous firm.
Apparently the disgusting state of the offices and the bathrooms is not allowed either…
This moderator needs to wake up like Zuckerberg finally is.
Exactly my questions: who’s getting a fat pay check and where are these avenues to learn and grow. Definitely not within operations in the US. They are just keeping us stagnant until they get rid of us.
And who is giving people good avenues to learn and grow? Exactly where and how is that at BNY?
And… how does the opinion of ‘seeing only what we want to see’ apply to the fact that factual non emotional posts are being deleted here?
Who's getting a "fat paycheck" at BNY?
Definitely not the average employee, living the average BNY experience.
@a2+1
I hear you and it’s not about agreeing or disagreeing and we are going to see varied views on open platforms but what matters is the experience of an average employee and it’s easy to filter out the outliers.why are posts that are factually true and not offensive getting deleted? For example the one on Head of Agile departing,there was three posts on this topic,all raising genuine concern and all of them are now deleted..so much for freedom of speech,if it can happen to an anonymous platform ,wonder what an echo chamber is BNY?!
@a1+1
The firm has 40k employees and a significant section is either happy or satisfied with their position. Not everyone is disgruntled. Why is it difficult to accept? If a significant portion is unhappy the firm would have folded by now. It has not.
The folks you "know" are like you. No wonder they are disgruntled too. So why do you expect other to be.
Will I rate the CEO better - may be not But my colleagues think that the firm is giving them good avenues to learn and grow (here or otherwise). Also a fat paycheck. So why wouldn't they praise the CEO ? That is their view and my perspective is different.
I visit this site to get news of impending layoffs and am worried but not disgruntled to throw stones at the firm.
We "see" only what we want to "see".
Ya. I wonder that also… And 42 spouts false nonsense just to agitate people when they’re down day after day on every thread and it never gets deleted.
But I think they (bny) monitors every site & put in fake reviews. I mean look at glass door and the ratings of the company and CEO… Doesn’t match anything anybody I know thanks.
