Record Profits but non-existent Merits

We all need to quiet quit and not care anymore!!
It doesn't matter if you work your a-s off. It means nothing to executives. If they don't give a sh-t about us and won't reward us when company makes record profits, why should we?

They can shove their "company values" they don't live by.

I personally find it quite insulting to boast about how much profit they've made and then not reward people accordingly in return.
I recieved a 3% increase for my 'exceeds expectations' rating. I had hoped to be promoted but it seems that will never happen, despite working hard all year.
So that's it. No more going the extra mile, I'm going to do what I'm paid to do and no more and hopefully there's a better employer out there that doesn't take the p*ss.

Our increases were insultingly low and we put in a lot of work this past year… while they boast of the profits and don’t share any of it with the employees!

Today I got a kick in the face for the amount of work me and my colleagues and those across multiple departments when we found out our increase and bonuses. This bank don’t give a s**t about us so why would we give back now that we know what we are all worth to them.
