My department was almost halved in the last year and took on 25% more work. Lower merit and measly bonus increase. People will be leaving. So insulting to good, dedicated workers. And they expect rah rah at the clown halls…….

September was the most ridiculous in terms of layoffs. The talent they kicked to the curb in September didn’t make any sense - they were smart, dedicated and hardworking employees. I’m sure I’ll be gone soon as I am in Oriskany.

Yeah well take this as another slap in the face. All the analysts they hired in august started at 60k a year, have been terrible employees out the gate, dont qualify for merit but are getting bonuses for being sh---y employees. While the rest of us get sh-t
They want people to leave. They can cut staff without paying them out.
But just look at that share price!
A combination of 4 days RTO and this weeks compensation conversations are only going to make it worse.
