Medical capped at 20 weeks, like it would of buried the company to just max it at however many weeks your severance covers with a 52 week max.

That’s the health care lump sum for severance.
Go read the severance offering. Don’t fish here. The ‘pay’ severence still works at title and 2 weeks for years of service.
