4 day office Managers - When does it apply?

I understand if you have anyone reporting to you, it means you have to do 4 days per week in office. But is there a cut off point, when it will trigger the 4 days from the next cycle?

The policies still make no reference to the 4 days for managers. I wonder if it will be announced 4 days for everyone next week.

The system is already updated. If you are a flex manager, you are in the office 4 days. If you are an agile flex manager, you have until end of March.

Technically yes you would be required but unsure if the system would reflect your change so quickly. There's been no mention about cut off so I'd play it safe and assume 4 days unless you receive confirmation otherwise.

For cut off point - if yesterday someone was moved to report directly to me, would I be doing 4 days a week from 26th or the next cycle?

This coming Monday (26th - i.e. the next cycle) Unclear what you mean by cut-off point?
