Can someone explain how long you have to wait before resigning after bonus is paid?

So if I handed in my resignation 4 weeks before bonus are paid, with two weeks notice (that was my notice period). Will I get the bonus

Above level H = 4 weeks notice
The d-mbfoundedness baffles me. How does hiring 3 people in LC India at the expense of one smart high aptitude resource here in the US Solve any problem .?
I am on calls everyday trying to help folks whose agile coaches have allocated them 5 Story Points to a task. When Solving an engineering problem , what good is sincerity , hard work overtime , if you need assistance to solve it. Not boasting here but towards the end of sprint ,its me hauling them out of trouble for what ? Here i am on this forum losing sleep over a possible layoff !! Nothing but regrets now , shud have done a startup or joined one , when i was young. No country for old men :(
There was a file on mysource that showed the notice period they require by pay grade to not have to pay it back. Most were 30 days.
I wanted to resign before it was paid out, and consulted with an HR exec from another company who warned me against doing it. They said, bny shouldn’t claw it back, but there’s a chance they might. Don’t risk it.
