Has anyone in Pittsburgh or elsewhere in US successfully sued BNY for unethical or maybe illegal practices? If so what law firm did you use? Some examples might be, you have a long track record of being a meets or exceeds employee and they suddenly give you a ‘sometimes meets’. Because of this they cut your year severance based on tenure that should be a year to 90 days. Or, you had to take a medical leave and they cut you a few months after? I’m not a labor law expert by any stretch so curious to hear real experiences if any out there. I get we are at will employees but some of the practices they are currently attempting seem to be borderline not legal.

Not a lawyer but the law prohibits employers from firing employees in retaliation for exercising their rights to use FMLA-protected leave.
I did. The process can be long. You will want to reach out to a plaintiff side employment attorney who can let you know if what you experienced was illegal or just unfair. I suggest reaching out to a few different attorneys.
Go to local AG, governor, regulatory agencies, congress (both state senators) and press.
Ask THEM to investigate.
It's the only way, and it is your right if you provide solid facts with evidence.
Yes, plenty of people have TRIED to sue for unethical and illegal practices.
