Yes. It’s an earned benefit. Put in your notice then take your vacation for the last part of your notice.
Don’t let your manager reject them either. If they do, tell them straight up that their respect of your time is why you’re leaving and take them anyways. It’s not like they can fire you after you’re already gone…
I specifically asked HR this last year, because it is no where on mysource. Their answer was that there was no official policy and it was up to your manager's discretion.
