Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

BofA needs a Union?

Im tired of the 0-3% regardless of the billions in extra profit! We went from $17billion to $24 billion and still only got max 3%! Were $100k underpaid due to the last 40yrs of inflation and lack of wage increases during the sametime period! The CEO stoped pensions and the following year got a multi-million dollar raise, wonder where all those funds came from? Yep our retirement, and on top of that the slow/low pay year after year!
WE the employees make these profits not the CEO, if we stop working the company stops! We have the POWER! Lets flex it! Whos with me?

My name is Victor Swezey, and I'm a reporter at Bloomberg News. I'm working on a story about bank employees discussing organizing after the successful unionization push at Wells Fargo. If anybody at Bank of America is talking about this, I'd love to hear from you. You can reach me by text or Signal at (323) 793-9695 or by email at vswezey@bloomberg.net. I'm happy to talk on background/anonymously.

Your correct BM is a crook he stole our pensions and has been gettin huge increases every since using our money. He waste so much money on flights to NYC weekly, he follows JPM n whatever chase does ol BM lickin Morgans boots n does the same! However a union with a “FU Pay Me” attitude is what is needed to combat them!

This CEO BM is a dam crook. He goes on CNBC with his block head saying it's all good here at BOA when it's not. He then has these bulslit town halls where people are afraid to call his azz out. President Trump called his azz out and all he did was have a shliity grin on his face. This guy is an absolute fraud and phony along with his Boston mafia cronies.

Its so much easier to run away from problems then it is to solve them, I'm a fighter and problem solver. The weak people never stand when the standing gets tough! A union in my opinion would assist in forcing the corp to give the employees their fair share, i want to start and run a union, they've sc--wed millions for years. We Just need someone that has the ba--s to stand up and force them to give what should have already been given to us! Why leave when you can rebuild & make better for everyone going forward?

Unions won't fix the issues at the bank, and only people eligible for unions are a low population of hourly people scattered across the country. The issue is the bank takes no risks and is slowly being siphoned from BM and his Boston Cronies. They are leaving nothing for everyone else. Why don't people ask real questions on those town halls?

This is to make employment better, regardless working 1yr or 100yrs you should want to be paid for your performance! BofA claims to but I've been exceeds within 3 rolls, told “oh do it again next year and you'll earn larger”, just to then be told “oh the budget was small again this year” and given 3%! We need to make the Bank great to work at regardless of time within it! Why work even a year for a low raise then move to do the same-thing at another corporation? Why do we have to move companies and jobs why cant the profits be shared with people making them? Seems d-mb to move corp to corp when you can just be paid properly for the work you do!

Don't forget that our CEO and other top officers got their pensions reinstated while the masses did not...
