Agile Practice - What a dump

Layers of incompetent leadership in the scrum lead practice. They put 2 totally useless managers who have no interest in engaging their teams; egoistic and lack of personality on how to build teams. Constant churn and lack of interest with sole aim of reducing headcount. The practice has become a joke. Everybody trying to outdo each other to save their jobs

Agile coaches and scrum leaders are useless and should be part of any future RIF. They sit on top of the mkinsey p-m cult that has infested this swamp. Any peon can go online and get scrum and agile certified. Get rid of RH and bring back CS and RIF this b**ch.

Good scrum masters are hard to find. In the last decade ii worked with maybe one or two competent SMs. The vast majority highlight of their day with the daily huddle. Imagine working 30 minutes a day and then off to whining they go

From my experience with HS, she goes deep and asks good questions. One of the few decent leaders left in NYC - can’t see her staying in this circus!

They are doing exactly what they are tasked with. It will be a very lean organization very soon. Peope here are struggling to realize they have given so many indications or who is needed bs who should be looking. Stop living in the lala land. After all we are in interim phase till the leadership is finalized. I can tell you from personal experience and being part of the AP, I find the US leader to be very approachable and open to have any conversation you want to. Thais is a mutual feeling across many of, people who are not even his direct reports.
