It's a big day for the CHRO today. Finally we get line of sight and transparency to what employees have said on the last two employee surveys. The CHRO should fully explain: 1. Who told her not to release the results ? 2. Did she challenge that person ? 3. Why weren't the results fully released ? 4. Why was there a cover up ? 5. What is the CHRO's action plan to improve employee engagement, morale, recognition. They have cut benefits. Fired over 200 people. Now, WE need results from the CHRO once and for all. Talk is cheap. Action gets results and we need to see results.
As an interested retiree, I'd love to know what it shows and how it is spun.
