I think this is a brilliant idea but there needs to be some demands. Without them its just a free day
It’s not something I would participate in but understand the thinking. That said my managers are kind people that have always treated me and my colleagues with respect and dignity, even when the company did not. This approach would only hurt them and would have zero impact on Robin and his band of id--ts. I wish those that want to participate well, but wanted to point out that this will not hurt the people that treat us like cr-p.
I think the best way to obstruct and protest is not to go on strike on a specific day but to agree among ourselves that each person will call in sick on a day in March, no matter which day, to protest against wrongful dismissals and stupid decisions.
Take part if you really want to get RIFd.
