Any update on this? People Managers have just completed their first 4 week cycle with it. When/will this be rolled out/announced to everyone else?

Is there any further updates on this?
to the person that keeps denying the four days in office. It’s in a consultant document - this band of imbeciles that run this company hired a consultant to figure out how to squeeze more people into the growth sites.
If we are lucky, the consultant will say it’s impossible to do but I doubt it.
Think about it. The executives here are so inept They need to hire somebody else to tell them to make our already very small desks, smaller.
Post ID: @gf+1jms964ff That’s why they’re doing massive headcount reductions. They will have plenty of seating for remaining employees by year end.
No announcement will be made.
Don't believe the miserable twats on here spreading rumors.
We can't fit everyone in the growth centers if it changed to 4 days a week.
Pittsburg, Lake Mary, etc. simple do not have the capacity for a full in office work week.
Wow murricans, you really like to be slaves to capitalism and commute 5 days a week
Dudes whining about other “ whining” ….. haha.
No one cares if you worked remotely at any point of your career. Accept change or leave, very simple.
The crying about coming into the office is absolutely ridiculous.
Wrong, says the clown who is here and working 5 days a week in the office.
Grow up and get to work or just quit and go find your dream job.

You're not 'mathing' very well. End of March to June first is roughly 60 days, not 90.
Although I'm sure they wouldn't be concerned about giving us ample time to prepare.
If this happens, I'm turning in my retirement paperwork and calling it a career.
They won’t come to work because they they are all Netflix addicts post Todd.
No problem, Robin is checking the list and all will be treated as they should.
Why is it that employees can not accept going back to the office?
I mean seriously now.
Because they will refuse to come to work because coworkers will point out the slackers.
Let me know when you find. My guess, you'll be on here complaining like a baby once announcement goes out.

says the clown that no longer works here & was an avg employee at best

Working on it slappy.
@bb+1jms964ff. No one is holding you hostage, pock up and leave, find what accommodates you
Will always change, su-knit up and stop being a baby.
We “ can’t accept it”
1- The offices are disgusting. Crowded mess.
2- many of us worked remotely or hybrid even before Covid but during Covid, we realized how pointless it was to come into the office and what a complete waste of time and money it was
3- management keeps changing it… First it was voluntary to come in, then it was mandatory two days a week, then three days a week, now it’s gonna be four days a week, etc.
4- i’m sick of managements propaganda.

and effective June 1st.
Do we know when in March this will be released?
——-
I was told the announcement would come out end of March and everybody would have 90 days to get things in order to begin four days in office. Apparently this dump hired a consultant to figure out how they can squeeze in more workstations so four days in office could happen

What a bunch of negative nellies….
If you have a team member move under you on Monday, and suddenly become a people manager, how soon is it updated and have to do 4 days a week in office?
Is there going to be any changes for managers and analysts on Agile Flex (if not already)?
@a6+1jms964ff
What do you mean ‘wishing’? No one sane is ‘wishing’ for this. We simply just know all too well that one gets only more pain and dissappointment here. It’s expecting the worst. That’s all.
Announcement will be made in March and effective June 1st.

Announcement will be made in March and effective June 1st.
It is not even an "if it will be rolled out ..." - sigh!
Why is everyone wishing for 4 days a week, seems like it that it is our wish and we are expressing it as if we fear it. Robin may grant it and then we are stuck.
Stop Wishing
