If you are executive or VP at Mutual of America, what did you do last week ? If you can pinpoint examples in the following areas, it's time to look for another job:
- How many clients did you visit last week ?
- How many calls did you hold with clients ?
- How many prospect meetings did you go to ?
- How much money did you secure or save ?
- How did you improve efficiency or save money ?
- How did you help development new talent ? In what way ?
- Did you only attend meetings or read salesforce reports without generating any real value ?
If you answer number 7 above all other, then Mutual of America doesn't need you. You add no value. You are not earning the money being paid to you. You are a waste of space and deadwood and should be laid off next.
