Save all your e-paystubs to a thumb drive before access is cut off.
Save internal contacts info. on same.
Scrape the layoff from your shoes, laser-focused on securing next gig.
Don't bother with Cobra, take the money and run.
Told several people to go scratch.

Look at your total compensation to see how much they say your medical costs so you can call bee ess when they tell you your cobra is $650 per month
Find your self confidence again, get your resume updated (professsionally), and get the he-l out. This company will rob you of nearly everything.
Use accrued data and sick days since you don’t get paid for them.
Fact. If you think you are goon short term disability first. Then they can’t legally lay you off until you return. You can get a doctors note for stress and anxiety . That way you keep ur benefits and disability pay longer
Pay off as many debts as you can and beef up your savings. Both of those things really pay off.
