I wish he would've mentioned something regarding layoffs.. do they think we're stupid and don't notice half our teams are missing and deleted in outlook/skype.

RTO will be announced after the survey closes, to take effect probably around Oct 1st.
Not talking about the layoffs was insulting. Missed a golden segue opportunity when he mentioned the show "Severance".
Anytime a white dude comes around everyone gangs up, at least thats how it is on our team. Keep it that way.
LOL...he agrees he's arrogant. He needs to have those 3-4 downs and really "learn" the business he is over. His direct reports aren't truthful with him.
RTO message gave me we aren't doing anything right now because JD pretty much had word vomit and we don't want yall to score us low of ESAT so we'll hold off for 6-9 months before we pi-s you off.
