Pretty sure this comment was meant to be sarcastic. Check out the CHRO’s LinkedIn post.. She “volunteered” her staff to spend a Saturday afternoon at she/her home, doing arts and crafts. This is her idea of leadership. And what’s even funnier are the replies from her “colleagues” . Who in their right mind believes this is leadership? And she/her can always count on a good ar-e-kissing response from her Trainer. This is the kind of self-absorbed, egotistical BS that she/her spouts. Feeling empowered and having a “seat at the table”? Meanwhile, she’s taken the seats of over 200 employees away. Vision Boards as leadership? What a joke… My vision board will have a picture of an actual leader who doesn’t blow smoke up our butts and who isn’t totally of of sh--e. No wonder the morale in HR and the company is so low…
