What is happening today at the various sites that shows the company’s appreciation for its employees? Does anyone feel appreciated? Let’s just call it what it is, we work, they pay us the least amount they can get away with and they toss us aside when they are done with us. No loyalty. Just be honest with us and stop with the BS propaganda.

Busting my a-s as usual unlike some on my team . but we are not included in employee appreciation day recognition or any other event though we work just like everyone else. We were forced wfh so we get treated like outcasts for it
Oops!!! I reported that email as "suspicious"... The subject line was misspelled "Employe" and the sender "yammer.com". Better safe than sorry:)

Well, it’s 11:08 am and I just came out of a meeting with my boss that went well. So, all in all, I am both in a good mood and also not going to be laid off today apparently. But the day is only half over. There was nothing that told me I am appreciated, wanted and celebrated. I haven’t checked emails and those p.o.s auto generated spammies don’t count.
Make no mistake, this place is awful.
Instead of a cookie, bag of chips, and other nonsense , I would just prefer that they rated everybody honestly on their performance reviews, gave out appropriate raises and bonuses, if they are reducing staff give people what they earned instead of sc--wing them out of their severance… And for a change, maybe not reduce our benefits…
