Thread regarding Mutual of America Life layoffs

Threads disappearing from TheLayoff?

I thought this was an open forum? Why and how are threads being censored? There were several long discussions which have mysteriously disappeared. Are we not allowed to discuss things like the CFO possibly being axed? What’s going on here?

I'm sure there are Board Members on here, on Glassdoor, BBB, and Yelp. They may not be as out of touch as everyone thinks. Board Members might have a better pulse of what is really going on with all these public sites. They probably don't trust what Executive Management fully tells them anymore so these sites like "the layoff" may help them.

What threads you see are dependent on if you are viewing the New Tab or Active Tab. The thread about the CFO is still there. I do believe some past threads that mentioned people by name were removed.

There are people from HR and other Executives at the company on here trying to hide the truth. Just like the prior Executives would didn't tell the full truth the Board. The irony is that the Layoff Board isn't where the biggest concerns of the Executives should be. It should be with Glassdoor. Glassdoor is more influential and has a much larger reach. Are the same Executives and people from HR trying to get Glassdoor to sensor, squash, squelch, and delete the working conditions comments which are protected by the NLRB on Glassdoor ?
