How has HCL been?

@10b I worked for HCL for three years in Cary, North Carolina. I am a white male, and I trained an entire team in Chennai for six months to underwrite for USAA Federal Savings Bank. They fired ~50 American team members for cost savings for a specific contract that had peaked and was profitable for seven years. The Indian team was so bad, the contract was lost less than six moths after the transition. But, HCL and USAA still have other contracts that were less problematic. Crazy to think, offshoring jobs to Americans, then cheaping out to bring them back to jeet land.
Leaders keep going to the HCL and TechM facilities in India. It's really an excuse for an Ascension paid vacation! Nothing changes but they have a great time...at the expense of high Healthcare bills.
HCL is horrible. In every way possible. That is about all you need to know.
