Post up if you’re happy for Brian. The little people got minimal or none while inflation ate us alive. But Brian got his. Guess we k ow why the bonus pool shrank

Responsible growth beginning to pay off BM and his directs but not for the rest of us. Give him a 1.5% raise like we got.
Would love to see someone bring this up in a town hall and ask how we can get 25% increase without switching roles or moving to a different company. E/E's crushing it topping out less than 3%.
@mf+1jp5ke15b - same thing happened to me. For too long, I focused on working really hard, really long hours (and like a d-mba**, weekends) to be a top producer.
Only to see various shiny new toy bimbo boys waltz in and around (and ultimately, out of) this company to get promotions and more $$$.
They schmoozed, spouted b.s., looked confident, etc. but did not produce squat.
Don't repeat my mistake. I encourage you to "Work Smarter, Not Harder."
(come in on time, leave on time, do the bare minimum. Schmooze, kizz that nasty azz, whatever it takes to get on your [current] manager's good side). It sux, but it works.
Don't give your life to this place.
On my team, the kiss-a-s dude got an exceeds and told everyone about it. Yes, he's now in line for the VP title. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, he's just the favorite. It truly is upsetting. I can run circles around the guy but he compliments our manager and she for some reason eats it up.
They were in competition for the same manager job. She got the position and he told her the better person got the job that cemented his future with her. Oh well. It wouldn't be the first time a less intelligent person bypassed me. Hope I make it before I retire.
Stock is dipping
The little people keep canibalising each other. The executives pat each other on the back whilst everyone else just throws each other under the bus at every chance they get - particularly the dei hires who team up against non-white/males
Vote your shares “no” to scandalous raises for board members, we the poor got nothing. All of them got around 20%, apparently all of them an exceeds.
