Has anyone noticed the Working Together calculation for minimum required days in office has changed (at least for Flex schedule)? The calculation is (20 possible days minus (-) # days taken off for holidays, vacation, WFA, etc.) x 60%. For all of 2024, the minimum required days was always rounded down, no matter the decimal.
For example, if I took 2 days off, I would have 18 possible days to come in the office. 18 days * 60% = 10.8 days where I would be required to be in the office. I actually came in the office 10 days and was on model for this period. They ALWAYS rounded down. This occurred at least 6 times in 2024 and I was always on model.
Well looks like BNY changed their rounding for 2025 and never notified us. Granted, they never notified us of the rounding down practice, but I figured that out through trial and error. So much for transparency! Now they are using this shady tactic to flag people as below model for not meeting their in-office requirement. Shame on them!
