Is anyone else wondering what’s going on behind the scenes? It’s incredibly interesting that in the span of one year several of BM’s direct reports are up and leaving the bank after who knows how many years… what do they know that we don’t

I haven't spoken to each one, but seems to be a combination of:
- Some leaders being pushed out for no longer drinking the Kool-Aid
and/or
- Handed ridiculous goals to "push" to their teams
I think at that level, most are being pushed out.
It's too lucrative to stay if you can keep ki$$ing the ring and taking it up the a$$ every day.
Like rats on a sinking ship. This is a major warning sign that the company is in serious trouble.
If they are smart...we all would make a mass exit of this country. Its a dumpster fire.
Can only speculate, but, i'm thinking its something to do with transitioning to AI. Most likely lots of split ideas and concerns at that level and not wanting to be attached to the publicity.
