Glassdoor Ratings Down to 2.7

Glassdoor is now down to a 2.7. They now have new CEO on there with a 63% approval rating. Much better than Trump or Greed. There have been some brutal reviews lately. What is MoA corporate doing to generate positive reviews on there or they don't care ?

HR took away a lot of the VP titles from longer term service managers. Many got demoted from VPs to Directors. For a lot, the restructuring has been a morale k-i-l-l-e-r. The performance review process. The loss of benefits. More workloads.

HR policies seem to be changing for the worse instead of in a way that would improve morale. No more early dismissal before a holiday, no extra day off if a holiday lands on a tuesday or thursday, etc.

A better solution would be to change HR policies to make it a great place to work. Then reviews will improve, and more importantly, a lot of other good things will happen. Get rid of nepotism hires, implement a rational pay and bonus plan, weed out poor performers make it a place top performers want to be, start a decent and effective training system so employees can do a better job, address the problems with the administration system, benchmark Mutual's capabilities and results against key competitors, be honest about past mistakes and learn from them, get rid of the money wasting Community Partnership Award, totally turn over the Board of Directors, and much more.

I hope Stephen is working on all this, Make it a great Company again, people will love to work there and be proud to work there, and policyholders will be thrilled that they selected Mutual. Then you will see Glass Door, BBB, company growth, profitability, customer satisfaction all improve.

The company sank to such low standards across the board under the prior lack of leadership. It will take time and certainly effort to get it right again.

Glassdoor has been absolutely brutal recently. What is HR doing about this to try to get some positive reviews. Give $500 to everyone who leaves a positive review.
