H1-B workers do the needfuller
You can downvote H1-B workers all day long but they work their tails off for less money, do great work and don’t slack. They have an immigrant worth ethic that was first lost with GenX and those younger simply don’t even have a concept of it,
H-1Bs don’t get high compensation at all, and certainly not free education. There is a path to US citizenship though. H-1Bs are hired to save money, learn on the job and eventually be H1-B team leads for offshore teams. It’s a great deal for all of us as they save money, are great to work with and worker harder than entry level Americans over the past 20 years.
We badly need more H-1B workers. The immigrant work ethic drove this country and GenX onward have a sense of entitlement but not a work ethic. Very sad about the state of America.
Microsoft and Facebook say America needs many more H1-B. There are more jobs than American workers
McKinsey & Co. procures ‘talent’
38 years at the bank—no RT group.
There is no R.T. Group. I have 34 years at the Bank in roles that cross all silos.
H1b is being used for human trafficking. Not just at BNY
RT = Repeated Troll. There is no RT group (been with the bank for 22 years).
H1-B workers for a super secret off book critical, highly compensated super important clandestine team. Yeah sure what a tool… we don’t even know the actual last names for most H1-B workers. But of course they would staff this team from a Tom Clancy level with the cheapest labor.
With no significant layoffs for 4 years I guess people need to say something interesting.
Troll post. Continuing this fiction of an “RT Group.”
We have to, only H1B hires have college degree
There is no RT group. .
What does RT stand for?
nothing new, most companies have been doing it for 30+ years. It's a way to depress wages for high and high talent.
