Any update if there is a new CFO ? Will they hire someone with an actual accounting degree and a CPA ?

The blood pressure of the new CFO before she walked into 320 Park Ave was 120/66. Today after reviewing the financial numbers, we've got to imagine the blood pressure is now 190/120. It's called the Mutual of America effect.
not the new cfo obviously
The new CFO, Christine Janofsky, did not leave. But keep up the good work ki-ling the credibility of the anti-Mutual of America crowd posting on this website.
"CFO left today"
Odd after 1 month. Not a good sign, although she has a history of not staying too long in any company, but 1 month is really odd.
CFO left today
Christine is the new CFO and is already working at MOA's 320 Park headquarters. She did not join a different firm. Jeez
Keep this in mind when you see posts on this website. Most posters are full of cr-p and have personal vendettas against specific people or the company as a whole. They subscribe to the theory that a lie will get halfway around the world before the truth even gets its pants on.
Sounds like she has bounced around quite a bit. How long was she at her last firm ? Mutual will need someone with staying power. Hopefully she was there for longer than a year. This job will test all of her moxie and faculties.
How many layoffs by 12/31 does everyone predict ? If the market is down 20% this year, she'll have no choice but to cut.
Christine Janofsky has join Mutual of America as the new Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Christine has 25-plus years of finance and insurance experience. Prior to joining Mutual of America, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Nassau Financial Group. Before that, she served in various CFO and senior leadership positions at eHealth, Lincoln Financial Group, Fidelity & Guaranty Life and Nationwide Insurance. Christine has a BS in Computer Accounting and a BS in Business Information Systems, and has earned CPA and CGMA designations. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Harvard University's Catalyst Collaborative Program and the World 50 Finance Executives.
She still lists herself as proud to be CFO at Mutual on LinkedIn.
