Why the chipped ID badges? What additional information is the bank gathering?

Eventually the chip badges will work as MFA and be inserted into your laptop.
I think the chip card will be used to pay extra money to employees making less than 200k and will be used as debit card.
Wouldn't worry about the chip in the ID badge, it's the one they plan to implant in our skulls that has me worried....
Prior to the chips they had been using 30 year old technology with the access cards. The point is that they can’t add any functionality with the existing cards.
They might be able to use the cards as a 2FA key in the future.
Will they find out that I have been working in Greenland for the past year?
A major problem in a surveillance system is data entry, which is solved by the chips.
