"We believe that it is important that all of us spend more time together working, leading and learning from each other”

Lies lies lies and more damnable monstrous lies !

My group doesn’t get lunch breaks but bet your a-s I’ll be taking one every single one of those 4 days in office 😊

Take long lunches and bonding talks and face time at the proverbial water cooler. To be honest I figure that my actual work product doesn’t matter to executive management, only my swipes and the optics, so why should I really care? I’ll “bond” instead of working hard. Seems to be what they do, right?

@a9+1jt44m8xq We need someone with the ba--s and connections to get this going. There’s not a whole lot of networking where I’m at and I know my team is full of cowards but if approached I’d be all about it. My advice would approach anyone under Alejandro’s umbrella. They are extremely susceptible to all this AI and India BS. Richard Gordon did a little presentation where he showed the head counts for operations declining and suspiciously didn’t go further than 2025. Wonder why? You start contacting people in those LOBs and you’ll cook up support fast.

I am excited to be going back to a 40 hr workweek instead of being on call 12 hours a day.

Wonder if this means 4 day work week. Does this emphasis mean Christmas parties and happy hours coming back?

Love being the only employee of my team located in my city, when the rest is spread out throughout the world. But yet it’s so necessary to come into the office 4 days a week so I can have Teams meeting with everyone from around the world. Makes too much sense to allow me to stay home. Instead drive an hour one way to talk to teammates that are 1500 miles away

I know a good way employees can spend time together...how about getting people together to form a union?
