Jersey city is not closing. Today email was sent they are renovating 7th floor and people are moving to 6 8 and 9. They got rid of the 10th floor. Lease doesn't expire for 2 more years.

Whales de-----e at the surface after feeding at depth. Likewise, BNY leadership release their excr-ment from top on down and snack on lower level employees.

Whale po-p can vary in color (e.g., red, yellow) and consistency (e.g., fleecy, like breadcrumbs) depending on the whale's diet. It can have a fishy, somewhat unpleasant smell. BNY leadership also has a very distinct odor often compared with manure.

Isn't GS upgrading its Jersey City location ? There are huge scaffolding near the Colgate clock park. That should further substantiate the rumor that BNY - GS are merging and the JC location (which is a lease) will move into that building on the waterfront - with the reduced head count there should be ample space

Think of all the money wasted on Jersey City… Suresh spent millions and millions on thr 15th floor just to make it look like Steve’s house from ‘Blues Clues’. And now we abandon ship.
The JC location is also 10x nicer and healthier than the latrine at 240G with its brown salad
On the wall in the lobby.. and then, the 10’s of millions spent modernizing and upgrading Woodland park only to sell it at a fraction of the cost. Then it got demolished 6 months ago…. Dear Eliza, is BNY leadership lower than whale p-o-p or d-mber than whale p-o-p or both?

It doesn’t follow logically from “a department was told to all go to NY” that “the JC office is closing”. I call BS.
