This is a reminder that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has broad legal protections for employees and retirees to assemble in a concerted way and in mutual aid with one another. The protections extend to not only union organizing, but to freedom of speech about the workplace, management, working conditions, treatment, pay, wages, benefits, discrimination. Interference by employers in any of these areas, including threats, intimidation, retribution, reprisals, are legally prohibited. This would extend to Board Members and Executive Management attempting to take down posts or post veiled threats or intimidation towards posters. If there are management and executives on here trying to do just that, you would be strongly advised to stop.

Do you have any proof of the above that this occouring?
Do you have any reliable literature on what these legal protections cover in the state of NY?
