What's with the constant reposting of open roles? They never hire anyone. Some roles have been churning for over 3 months. Poor or no communication.

The reason for constant churn is management this pathetically incompetent. Good people see all the dead bodies in their roles and know the are in trouble. Take it for a check keep looking. Expect the pathetic management to blame you for things that you did not impact. To my ex manager keep that up I will sue you and take action against the bank. One more time Frank you will receive an email from me and the government. This place needs to purge the SVB people .
This place is a joke. One bank? More like still two really sh---y ones.
