what the he-ll does this have to do with layoffs and the steep decline of our employee culture? You are indeed a dolt.

Chill. The comment was posted because of the lack of response to the question. Your reaction was kind of ridiculous.

Why would you say “not so well I guess?” Do you have anything to back up why you think this? Did you attend or have clients there?

I don’t care at all if the event went well or not, or if you have a certain opinion on how it went. All is fair game, but please back it up, because the way it comes across is that you don’t even know what Insite is, and you’re saying it went poorly because you just like criticizing anything BNY does.

Personally, I didn’t attend, but my boss attended and probably 5-7 others that I know and I heard positive feedback from them, and more importantly, I got positive feedback from my clients that attended. The only part that got some questions was why so many students were there.

Overall, the general consensus from clients each year is that it’s a top tier conference for RIAs, with content targeting COOs, CIOs (investment), and wealth managers. We actually do a pretty good job of getting good attendees and making the conference feel premium. I had clients willingly sponsoring the conference without being asked. So I’d say it went well, with the caveat that I didn’t attend.
