Weren't there mentions about June layoffs? Or did I misunderstand?

@sq I'm sorry this happened to you. Sounds lIke you got a severance package? Is it a lump sum all at once, or do you have an option to take part next year for tax purposes? best of luck to you.
I've been here for several years and had a very specific specialty skill that one one else on our team can do: I was let go today without warning or even a heads up from my direct manager. Be careful.
@d1 a few folks out in UK were terminated yesterday.
The June layoffs are the official dates of the people let go in May. July they will give names of ppl to be laid off in August with a September termination date.
There’s layoffs every month here. Your team might not be impacted though.
