Truth Before Transition: Giving Northern Trust the Full Picture

Let’s take a collective step toward protecting the future of Northern Trust employees and their clients. By sharing our honest experiences—anonymously and respectfully—with the Northern Trust CEO, we can shine a light on the realities of BNY’s internal culture before a critical decision is finalized.
This isn’t about retaliation; it’s about responsibility. If each of us offers a sincere account of our time at BNY, we give Northern Trust's Leadership a fuller picture—one that goes beyond financial models and press releases. Perhaps we can help prevent others from enduring the same challenges we’ve faced.
And if the merger proceeds despite our efforts, we’ll know we didn’t remain silent. We’ll know we stood for something better.

@OP - we should start by eliminating the BNy CRO and take NT’s CRO who just joined them from BNY.

BNY is lost and damaged perhaps irreparably. People are not personified. People are simply head counts and biological payroll aphids to be controlled. Long term Clients are given the absolute minimum to get by. Complaints and issues are not fixed. Only patched. In 26 years here, the last 3 have been horrid and nightmarish. Before Robin, I cared, put in extra time and did more than I was asked. I was a believer. Now I am a conscientious objector. NT, if you value your business, clients and all that you have built, stay away from BNY and Robin. Let them in, and you are finished.
