Culture compass response

Funny that nobody mentioned wages when they responded to the survey. The E team didn't say anything about it in the posting on innnerview.

yup 2021 culture compass resulted in bringing back all store meetings. Possibly the single biggest waste of time & labor and the biggest negative impact on morale.

Everyone needs to stop responding to this nonsense. Innerview questions and culture compass are just a way to pretend corporate cares about the workers. Then they like to boast that 78% of employees had responded. Each store will have an instore trainer going forward, remember we already had that when we had ISE years ago?

That's because the Culture Compass survey is theatre. No meaningful change has come from it.

I and everyone else I asked mentioned wages in their survey. Since all the long time STL's, ASTL's, TL's, ATL's, TMS's etc. are dropping like flies they should have plenty of extra to pay everyone with. Our store has had 3 STL's this year and 4 ASTL's. Currently seeking a 4th STL in a bit over a year.
