Don't really care to be here any longer, but don't sc--w me of my severance.Throughout my time here, I've pproached ny role with dedication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. I've consistently supported the team, upheld company values. I f i no longer fit, that is fine, but do not TELL ME I AM A LOW PERFORMER AND PARTIALLY MET EXPECTATIONS. FU

From what I’ve heard there is no package for you.
Make an HR request to get a copy of your personnel file. Once you’re terminated you can’t get access to it.
@ae I CALL BS. YOUR GASLIGHTING GIBBERISH IS JUST THAT.
@ae
You're missing the point. When the ask from the top is that they want 20 to 25 percent to be below, it's not your performance, it's called force rank so we can then let people go without any liability.
If I no longer fit the mold, its fine, but dont tell me my performance no longer meets.PERIOD
@OP it’s better to be let go than for “voluntary” resignation like the BAH people are being forced into. Can’t get severance, lose insurance, can’t get unemployment without proof that this was forced, even debtors don’t care unless you lost your job (not “quit”). Ruining so many lives for what?! So they can buy an extra ocean view suite?
Right and all the time training the people taking over our jobs and constant depression from it.
I couldn’t agree with this more!!!! After a decade of exceeding and meeting expectations I was a low performer on COMP day and placed on a PIP.
If you’re below target it honestly is your performance. Period.
Around blaxx never relax!!!
Well said. This was the final straw for me & why I left.
