@ex

How is it promoting lies? Did you clear ESL ?

My post mentions the 3 floors are occupied
My post says 'Unless they are relocating within the campus' ...

No wonder the folks are cheaper in Pennington !

@e5 sounds like you might be the one promoting lies. There are plenty of other floors available within the campus itself, not necessarily within 1800. The floors don’t need to be in the same building.

Also companies that are shutting down locations tend to have open cubes and less people in the office. Pennington is quite the opposite.

Any of the people I’ve spoken to with knowledge of the situation have indicated they are not closing Pennington anytime soon. Pennington isn’t a “growth center” per se, but they’re certainly cheaper employees there than their JC and NYC counterparts.

I do not understand why folks keep lying about Pennington expanding and leasing another floor...

There are only 3 floors at 1800 ... the ground floor is taken by a more stable and friendly firm. The second floor has been recently occupied. Unless they are relocating somewhere else in that campus there are no other floors.

May be BNY Is opening up the roof access and make us work in "Open space" under the big blue skies. Like Blue Arrow the new signage would say - Work under blue skies

Why do these folks keep promoting lies?

If it’s not a growth center it will be closing at some point. Who know when that is. 1 yr, 2 yrs, 3 yrs from now?

Remember when Woodland until recently was the nerve center of operations and was getting all remodeled and refit with new equipment? They even had a guy whose job it was walk around to tell peope ‘oh you can’t sit here!’ … well look at it now. Sold, Destroyed over Thankgiving and Christmas and carted away. Now its going to be condos. So don’t say Pennington is ‘safe’.
Nothing is safe here anymore.

I don’t think they have any empty floors to lease anymore. A nee company just moved in 2nd floor recently.

Pennington isn’t closing. They are looking to bring more people in there plus they may be leasing another floor there.

It isn’t closing. If anything they’re going to be getting more people. I also heard they may be leasing an addition floor in the building.
