Great pipe burst in parking garage now the elevator are flooded in jc building I warn you id--ts to get out of there now your senior citizen employee have to walk up and down the broken stairs in parking garage I see a lot of lawsuits coming

Few upper floors are being renovated. It was about time, the air conditioning system isn’t working properly and I don’t think there is much cleaning personnel left either. It’s hot and smelly and the desks are filthy. The building is poorly run, unfortunately.
The lease runs through 2032 so it should be closing around that time.
