@bm sc--w you and your animosity and hatred for the people in Pittsburgh. Maybe you should look in the mirror before making such a derogatory statement and quit being such an elitist self centered id--t.

Completely stopped helping the Punee teams. I get 30+ messages a day on teams asking for help, for sanity purposes, I hit mute. Nobody’s job description says or said we have to train and fix indias bad work on a daily basis or at all. Work the hours you’re meant to and leave this place. There is absolutely no point to go above the minimum, you won’t get compensated for those hours in any way shape or form unless you have a coffee addiction and drink 20 cups of free coffee a day. Good luck to everyone except R0bin & the goon squad “leadership”.

As a manager im beyond sick of the bullsh-t and clear intention on taking our jobs. Yet i have a mgr who goes along with it knowing wtf is happening cause he would rather his team eat it then open his mouth. Yet im expected to give answers, reconcile wtf they did and hand hold them while they get bonuses and recognitions for stuff we are doing . F this sh-t hole

Thats because they want to ensure india has jobs and they have to show improvement each quarter. With no new business cost savings is done by firing your good employees to keep mediocre and pay them pennies

And don’t forget folks, in the wake of this destruction, we will be going back 4 and sometimes 5 days a week if there are any ‘heh heh’ client events. If I survive August - and I sure hope I don’t- I am going to wear loud polyester clothes, grow a Jerry Garcia beard and maybe wear bad cologne like BRUT. Oh yes, bringing in really smelly lunches to eat at my desk. Breaking wind and belching, here I come. You want to be unprofessional and ugly? Well, it works both ways since you insist you want me in for more abuse.

@bh - don’t disagree. But Pittsburgh was always the cess pit. The least competent people there were suddenly senior directors and MDs, especially in tech.

It is laughable that we have so-called centers of excellence in AI there.

More good people losing their jobs in a month in favor of low cost, terrible workers that we have to change our entire processes to cater to. It’s not only the C suite who’s responsible anymore. It’s every single garbage SVP, VP, or pretend manager who is complicit in this madness. I cannot believe the glazing that goes on every week on the weekly meetings when it becomes the Pune variety hour. It’s an absolute laugh fest. The management in Pittsburgh is an embarrassment. We have managers having secret meetings with India to “upskill” them to take our jobs thinking it’s going to save theirs somehow. You are all complicit. Every last one of you who drinks this kool aid thinking “I’m just doing my job.” You’re not doing your job. You’re destroying it.
