@gy they aren’t terminating with no sub pay. I know plenty of good hard working folks that have already been sc--wed over and let go and got it. Just dont do anything to land below on performance or violate anything cause they will find ways around it. Ive heard from outside voices seeing the discrimination we are getting and said class action lawsuit is the route we should all take

If you don’t go into an office, they will terminate you for being in violation of the return to office policy. So basically you will be forced to 1. Move and hope for the best that they don’t let you go anyway once you have uprooted your life and moved or 2. Be terminated with no sub or severance. Either way you are probably getting sc--wed over.

Perhaps they will say if you cannot come into an office in September ( by relocating) then that is your resignation.....they will do whatever it takes to not pay severance

@dq havent heard that but my boss from another locations loves to lay and see oriskany isn’t being targeted. Please explain how we went from 2000 employees precovid down to under 500 with the snicky cuts. Yet we have to clean up other teams mess out of PA and NY while they get bonuses we arent. Or the fact that we are wfh so you cant get promoted , and cant have any new staff report to you in the hierarchy even if its your admin. There has to be some type of discrimination action for this . They caused this and are holding it against us while our building they owns sits empty

Make no mistake, if they can PIP, RIP, or ZIP you out of a severance, they will. These are the people who have systemically stripped employees out of any and every benefit/ incentive that once existed in this organization. Make sure you have a CYA folder for yourselves, and you just may need to put up proof (fight) for what is rightfully yours. Remember to live small and dream big my friends.

Not true. Well as far as the No package part anyway. They may get laid off, but the only way they wouldn’t receive a package is for below expectation reviews. If you are an employee in good standing you will get your severance. Whoever is starting that rumor is just trying to get people upset.
