What can we all do as employees to stand against this terrible mgmt and company they have become? We really should mass report to our local EOE, ethics and anyone else. Make sh-t difficult for them. Dont train those who you know are being prepped to take your position in a foreign country, dont update procedures, track all your reviews and performance to fight retaliation since they claim they are against. We need to do something as a united front because this is out of hand and the worst i have ever seen it

Bny is already doing a fine job of flushing itself down the toilet.
When other teams reach out to me in foreign countries requesting me to show them how to do my job I simply ignore them. It’s not up to me to train them how to do my job. If BNY wants to outsource all our roles it’s up to BNY to train them not me plain and simple. I see so much stuff done incorrectly now it’s crazy I just laugh. I simply do not care anymore.
Resign. I just did and looking forward to something new. F this toxic place.
Sell any stock you have in them and find another job.
