Customer service failures

We're losing reputation and customers because we've outsourced too much and the result is a disaster. Getting cheaper employees in other countries will end up costing us much more when all is said and done.

When you have foreigners running a U.S. company guess who they dont give a sh-t about? U.S employees who can actually do the work. Outsourcing of jobs should not be allowed and when they do they need to face strong a-s penalties

It’s been that way for a long time. When management has no clue on how to increase revenue, must reduce expenses. Simple math.
