Laid off on 7/21. Created layoff Portal, see my docs. Popup blocker of OFF as instructed. Tried on 2 PCs, WINDOWS 10 & 11. Same experience. Docs 'refresh when clicked to open and I get a Javascript error: javjavascript:void(0)ascript:_dopostback('dnn$ctr518$Viewseverancemystatements error
sent email to the consulting group that handles this, but afraid it's a black hole. Anyone have ideas or experience the same? TIA
I did get a response and with detail that wasn't in original instructions was able to open docs. all was as expected. thx all!
I had better luck with Chrome than with Edge. If you haven't tried multiple browsers (remember to update the popup permissions) that would be my advice.

Ok I’m back - so I think you need to go to the 3 dots in the upper right of your browser (I’m using Edge). Then go to settings. Then on the right go to Cookies and site permissions. Then go to All permissions. Scroll down to Pop ups and redirects. Then you need to either have that toggle on or off (I can’t remember if I left mine on or off so you’ll just have to try both ways and see if one works).

Oh, and I think I was able to register online but not view the docs at first, but I could view them via my cell phone. Once I got that toggle switch straightened out I could view on laptop.
There is another spot where you have to turn something on or off - but I can’t remember where or what it was. I know - not helpful. I could only do it on a laptop and not on my phone. I will log on and see if I can remember what it was and will post back here.
One more thing here that doesn’t work properly. What a surprise!
