While job hunting I got an interesting ping from linked in and indeed. The positions that popped up were all for the positions I know for a fact they just released so many people who were working remote. Seems they are moving the positions to PA and MANCHESTER. One of the positions I know everything about....well I won't apply nor relocate for these people so they can shove it

They are clearing out bny folks and bringing in their goldman sachs pals. Its pathetic
they are pushing for 10x engineers. they will lay off an entire team of 20-30 ppl then hire 10 expensive developers from other companies
I would never move for this company. I don’t trust them at all. You move, be the new person in the group and first to be let go.
This shouldn't be a surprise, it's exactly what they're doing. I'm part of the BAH office closure crowd, my position is already posted and they haven't even let me go yet. Hopefully I'm in the August wave because this place has become unbearable.
And I completely agree, I turned down the relocation offer REAL quick. You'd have to be insane to move for BNY.
