Maternity leave

What was tote experience with maternity leave? Did you take the additional unpaid 10 weeks? Was your role the same when you retuned?

It was a smooth transition in EET space. Make sure you communicate the return date well in advance. I did the following
submit arm exception to keep ad account active. MyLearning and few other websites doesn't work though
Badge access will be revoked after 30 days of inactivity. Make sure you submit badge access 1/2 days before joining date
Exception Standard account will be deactivated once you confirm return date in sedgewick. You need to submit arm return to work.
That's all, you need to do. Enjoy your timeoff with the baby

Took the 16 weeks paid. Returning was a little bit of a headache since I needed a new laptop and my MFA didn't work so that took about another week.

I would've taken the additional 10 weeks but I didn't want to give them any ideas like oh she doesn't need a paycheck

You are protected for 11 weeks and 6 days. After 12 weeks, you are at the will of the bank. I’ve seen folks moved and folks canned. But during that 12 weeks, you’ll return back to your role.
